RM 149.40- I paid RM68.90- Not my money!

Form 6!
The registration's fee is RM149.40!
But i just paid the minimum amount!
I borrowed the money from my former additional mathematics' tuition teacher!
I guess form 6 registration's fee is the cheapest!
