12th March 2008, i received my SPM 2007 results with tears! Tears of happiness.
(Now, i am not so happy with my results anymore.)
It means nothing. It doesn't reflect the original standard of me. It was a "fake". Really?
The level of education that i gained is lower than the results i scored. (That's my opinion only). Some scored well because they deserved it, but some scored well because of the luck. (Including myself.)--> The truth has revealed when stepping in INTEC. I am nothing now, not even as the overall top scorer in a particular subject.
Today, my juniors tell me their results. Some of them are happy with their results while some are not so satisfied with their results.
For me, SPM means nothing in the tertiary education. Although even you score straight A1's in SPM, you may not score 4.00 GCPA in your foundation year.
Contradiction:
Although you just score moderate results(5 to 7 A's) in SPM, you could make a difference in your foundation year by scoring 4.00 GCPA. (It's the truth)
That's all.
Best of luck to SPM 2008 leavers either you score well or bad in SPM. It doesn't a matter right now. Study harder and please don't follow my footsteps.
SUFFERING~
Calculus test! (I'm sure that i will not score well this time.) I'm not in the correct track now!

More students excelled in Chinese Language for SPM last year
JOHOR BARU: The increase in the number of students scoring A1 and A2 in Chinese Language in SPM last year should encourage more students to sit for the subject, Deputy Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said.
The increase, from 10% in 2007 to 17.1% last year proved that students were able to score excellent grades in the subject.
Dr Wee said 5.2% of the students had A1 while 11.9% obtained A2 last year compared with only 1.4% who secured A1 and 8.6% A2 in 2007.
“We are encouraging more students to take up the subject as 81% of the candidates had managed to obtain a credit.
“We also hope to maintain a regular number of candidates in the coming years,” he said, adding that the number of candidates had been fluctuating.
Speaking at a press conference after launching the Education Guidance Road Show organised by the MCA Youth Education Bureau, local MCA Youth and Wanita branch and the Johor Baru Tiong Hua Association, Dr Wee said 20% of the Public Services Department scholarships would be given to the top scorers based on merit.
On another issue, Dr Wee said 58 Chinese schools including three conforming schools in Johor were allocated RM5.73mil under the second stimulus package.
